Condo Sales

Regulatory approval for construction is presently being sought. While approval is in process, "Early Bird" priority reservations are taking place. Upon receiving approval, pre-sales will begin, with those who have priority reservations given first selection. Priority reservations will also allow us to help you get your choice of condos by creating additional of the most requested condo units, should demand exceed supply, and working to accomodate requests to combine condos to create larger custom spaces.

Reservations are on a "First Come" basis so if you are not first on the reservation list for your 1st choice condo(s), making multiple selections will improve your chance of being able to purchase other condos you want.  Your position "in line" for any condo may move up, if reservations in front of yours elect not to purchase. Prices are provided on the individual condo unit plans. Pricing in addition to availability can be viewed in the drop down boxes of the Reservation Selection form.  After you select your condo(s), 

1.  Click for the CONDO PRIORITY RESERVATION AGREEMENT, print and complete form.

2.  Click for the CONDO PRIORITY RESERVATION SELECTION form, complete and print completed form.

3.  Mail both forms to: Mr Collin Cook, Holiday Shores Condotel Sales Escrow Agent, C/O Luana Savings Bank PO Box 68, Luana, Iowa, 52156, accompanied by your $2,000 reservation deposit check or call in your deposit by credit card to 563-873-3449.
