Early Bird Priority Reservations
The Holiday Shores Condotel is currently in the development stage making this an ideal time to select your condo or to combine adjoining condos to create your own personal dream vacation home. A $2,000 refundable deposit will place your name on a Priority Reservation list, holding your position and ability to select the condo(s) of your choice, pending final approval of the project. Upon final approval, deposits will be accepted for purchase and your $2,000 deposit will be applied towards the purchase deposit. In the event that the project does not go forward to construction or you change your mind, your deposit will be refunded. We recommend that you reserve your condo(s) as soon as possible because those first "in-line" will have first choice.
